All payments made on the XpertBiz Network platform — subscription plans, paid community access, paid courses, paid events and any add-ons — are final and non-refundable. Please review the offering carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to every payment processed through the XpertBiz Network platform, including but not limited to:
- Community Creator and Community + LMS Pro subscription plans
- Paid community join fees
- Paid course purchases
- Paid event ticket purchases
- Any other paid feature offered on the platform
2. Why no refunds
Once a payment is completed, you immediately gain access to the corresponding digital product or recurring subscription benefits, which cannot be returned. The digital nature of the content makes refunds operationally unfeasible.
3. Cancellation of subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing cycle continues until its natural end and is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
4. Failed or duplicate transactions
If your account is charged but the corresponding benefit is not delivered, or if you observe a duplicate charge, write to us at info@xpertbiznetwork.com within 7 days of the transaction along with the Razorpay payment reference. We will investigate in good faith and, where the charge is genuinely erroneous, process a reversal through Razorpay. Reversals typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback for a legitimate purchase without first contacting us at info@xpertbiznetwork.com may result in immediate suspension of your account. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly and amicably.
6. Creator-led purchases
Some communities and courses are operated by third-party creators. Such creators may publish their own additional terms; however, the no-refund principle above continues to apply to the XpertBiz Network platform charge.
